Working in the World of Logistics was a mental and emotional drain. The Non-Stop emails and phone calls, and the 24/7 cycle of shipping was a challenging one for sure. So the Lunch Break was always a much needed pause during the work day (that is if I was lucky enough to take one). I found going to thrifts during my One Hour Break was a sort of escape and weird form of meditation for me. I would throw on a pair of headphones, and just zone out and hunt for treasure!! Before I knew it, 18 years later...I had a full attic of bins and gear that I found on those breaks. Enter 2020 and a Worldwide Pandemic!! It was the perfect excuse for me to get organized, pull down those bins and reminisce over all the Lunch Break finds of years past. Enjoy!!
